Cognizance of offence - (1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, save on a complaint made by the Authority or any officer or person authorized by it. (2) No court inferior to that of a Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or a Chief Judicial Magistrate shall try any offence punishable under this Act. CHAPTER VIII MISCELLANEOUS
