Unicore number - (1) Every core entity in the State shall be assigned a Unique Number called UNICORE number by collecting the core data and following such processes as may be notified in a regulation. (2) The Core Data Collection Agency (CDCA) shall, at the time of collecting the core data, inform the core entity or the owner thereof as the case may be, of the following details in such manner as may be specified by regulations, namely:- 6 (a) the manner in which the data shall be used; ‘’ (b) the nature of recipients with whom the data is intended to be shared; and (c) the existence of a right to access the data, the procedure for making requests for such access, and details of the person or department in-charge to whom such requests can be made. (3) On receipt of the core data under sub-section (1), the Authority shall, after verifying the data, in such manner as may be specified by regulations, issue a UNICORE number to such core entity.
