Penalty for impersonation at the time of enrolment - Whoever, with the intention of causing harm or mischief to the holder of a UNICORE number, or changes or attempts to change any core data shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees. 16
