Short title, extent, application and Commencement - (1) This Act may be called The Andhra Pradesh Core Digital Data Authority (Effective Delivery of e-Services) Act, 2017. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh and save as otherwise provided in this Act, it shall also apply to any offence or contravention thereunder committed outside Andhra Pradesh by any person. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
