Establishment of a City Civil Court - (1) The Government may, after consultation with the High Court, by notification, establish a court to be called the City Civil Court with jurisdiction to receive, try and dispose of, subject to the provisions of this Act, all suits and proceedings of a civil nature arising 2[in the district of Hyderabad]. (2) The City Civil Court existing on the date of the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established under sub- section (1).
