Medical inspection of children’s homes certified schools and fit person institutions - Any registered medical practitioner authorised in this behalf by the Government may visit any children’s home, certified school or fit person institution at any time with or without notice to its manager, in order to report to the Chief Inspector on the health of the inmates and the sanitary condition of the home, school or institution.
