Application of the Act to Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams - (1) The provisions of this Chapter shall apply only to the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams. (2) The other provisions of this Act shall, subject to the provisions of this Chapter, apply- (i) to the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams which shall be constituted into a single religious institution for the purpose of inclusion in the list published under clause (a) of section 6; (ii) to every specific endowment attached either to the said Devasthanams as a whole or to any Temple or institution thereof; as if all powers and functions assigned therein to a Deputy Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner had been assigned to the Commissioner instead. 1 [96. Constitution of Board of Trustees – (1) There shall be a Board constituted by the Government for the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams called "the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams Board" consisting of not more than 2[twenty nine members] including the Chairman, to be appointed by the Government, of whom :- 3[(i) the Principal Secretary or Secretary, Revenue in-charge of endowments shall be a member ex-officio; (i – a) the commissioner of endowments shall be a member ex- officio;
