Prohibition of purchase of immovable property in certain cases - No immovable property shall be purchased for or on behalf of any charitable or religious institution or endowment except with the prior sanction of the Commissioner and the Commissioner shall not accord such sanction unless he considers that such property is necessary or beneficial to the institution or endowment and that the price proposed to be paid therefor is not excessive: Provided that before such sanction is accorded, the particulars relating to the proposed transaction shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette inviting objections and suggestions with respect thereto and all objections and suggestions received from the trustee or other person having interest shall be duly considered by the Commissioner.
