Constitution of Endowment services for different officers or classes of officers - (1) The Government may, by notification, constitute any officers or class of officers appointed under section 29, section 30 or section 32 into an Endowment Service for the State. (2) Upon the issue of a notification under sub-section (1), the Government shall have power, subject to the provisions of section 153 to make rules, to regulate the classification, methods of recruitment, qualifications, conditions of service, pay and allowances and discipline and conduct of every Endowment Service thereby constituted and such rule shall invest jurisdiction in relation to such service in the Government and in such other authority as may be prescribed therein.
