Appointment of Engineers, Architects and Silpis for sub-division - The Commissioner may draw a panel of engineers, Architects and Silpis from time to time for appointment on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for each sub-division for preparation of plans and estimates for supervision of the execution of the works, and for recording measurements and check measurements and the like.
