Trustees etc., to be public servants - The trustee or any member of the Board of Trustees or Chairman, the Executive Officer or any office holder or servant of a charitable or religious institution or endowment, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
