Appointment of specified authority by Government in certain cases - Where the Board of Trustees have ceased to function after the expiration of its term or where the Board of Trustees has been dissolved under section 135, the Government may, for reasons to be recorded appoint a specified authority and cause any or all of the powers and functions of the Board of Trustees to be exercised and performed by such specified authority for such period not exceeding one year as they may think fit.
