Chief Executive of the Authority, - 1[“(1). The Government shall appoint a Commissioner as the Chief Executive of the Authority who possesses qualifications and eligibility to be posted as District Collector in the State.”.] (2) The Commissioner shall be responsible to the Authority for the proper administration and management of the functions and affairs of the Authority in accordance with the policy laid down by the Authority.
