Power to Acquire Land under Act No.30 of 2013, - Any land required, reserved or designated in any development plan shall be deemed to be the land needed for public purpose within the meaning of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and may be acquired by the Government on the request by the Authority or other authority or functional unit.
