Control on distribution of Bio-fertilisers by manufacturers - The Government may by notification direct any manufacturer, to secure equitable distribution and availability of bio-fertiliser to the farmers in time, to sell the bio-fertilisers produced by any person in such quantities in such areas of the State and within such periods as maybe specified in the notification.
