Filling of casual vacancies - Any casual vacancy in the office of the Chairman, ViceChairman or any other member of the Board shall, as soon as may be, after the occurrence of such vacancy be filled by appointment of another person and the Chairman, ViceChairman or other member so appointed shall enter upon office forthwith but shall hold office only for the residue of the term of his predecessor.
