Resignation of Chairman, Vice-Chairman or other member - The Chairman, Vice-Chairman or any other member of the Board may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Secretary to Government in the administrative department concerned and on the resignation being accepted by the Government, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office. The acceptance of every resignation shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, as soon as possible thereafter.
