Power to remove difficulties - If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may make such orders, not inconsistent 1 . Inserted by the Act No.20 of 1975 with the said provisions, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
