Offences - Any promoter or owner of the apartment who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with or contravenes any provisions of section 4, section 5, section 6, section 7, section 24, section 25, or section 27 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees, or with both.
