Registration for Manufacture, Sale and Distribution of animal feed and mineral mixture - (1) No person shall carry on business of manufacture, sale or distribution in any manner of items except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a license certificate issued by the licensing authority. Provided that Animal feed business operators already carrying on business of manufacture, sale or distribution shall obtain license as may be prescribed from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) A separate registration shall be necessary for each place of business or manufacture.
