Penalty for failure to comply with the directions of Animal Feed Inspector - If a feed business operator or importer without reasonable ground, fails to comply with the requirements of this Act or the rules or orders issued there under, as directed by the Animal Feed Inspector, shall be cognizable offence and he/she shall be liable for rigorous imprisonment for a term not less than seven years and shall also be liable to fine as may be prescribed.
