Penalty for selling feed not of the nature or substance or quality demanded - Any person who sells to the purchaser’s prejudice any feed which is not in compliance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under, or of the nature or substance or quality demanded by the purchaser, shall be liable to a penalty as may be prescribed.
