Savings THE ANDHRA PRADESH ALLOPATHIC PRIVATE MEDICAL CARE ESTABLISHMENTS (REGISTRATION AND REGULATION) ACT, 2002 ACT No. 13 OF 2002 [3rd May, 2002] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF 1 [ALLOPATHIC PRIVATE MEDICAL CARE ESTABLISHMENTS] IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Fifty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER -1 PRELIMINARY
