Protection of action taken in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or under the rules made thereunder. 1 . The expression “Sub-Sections (1) and (2)” substituted for the expression “sub-section(2)”, by Act No. 13 of 2018, Sec.2, for sub-section (3). 2 .
