Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Aadhaar (Targeted and Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2023. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 14th,July, 2023.
