Vice-Chancellor - (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the whole-time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Chancellor in the manner specified in the Schedule. (2) The term of office, emoluments and other conditions of service, the powers and functions of the Vice Chancellor shall be as specified in the Schedule.
