(1) The Administrator, may appoint an officer, not below the rank of a Secretary to the Administration, to be the Town Planner for the purposes of this Regulation and m"y also appoint other persons to assist the Town Planner. (2) The Administrator may, by general or special order, confer, on any person appointed under sub-section (1), all or. any of the powers of the Town Planner under this Regulation and such person shall exer-- cise such powers subject to the general superintendence, direction and control of the Town Planner. 1of
