Right of street vendor for a new site or area on relocation.—Every street vendor, who possesses a certificate of vending, shall, in case of his relocation under section 18, be entitled for new site 7 or area, as the case may be, for carrying out his vending activities as may be determined by the local authority, in consultation with the Town Vending Committee.
