(1) The Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Regulation. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for- (a) the manner of seeking permission under sub-section (1) of section 3 and section 4; (b) the manner of filing an appeal under sub-section (1) of sec- tion 6; (c) the manner in which compliance under sub-section (4) of section 11 shall be made; (d) the manner in which compliance under sub-section (2) of section 12 shall be made; (e) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, pres- cribed.
