DR:. 8. 1994 17 (3) The Chairperson and the Vice-Qlairperson shall be ex-off ice members of all the Sub- Coomittees bllt they shall not have the right to vote. (4) The term of office of the meabers of the sub-oommittees shall be one year frca the date of their election: Provided that a person shall cease to be a member of the sub-canmi t tee if he ceases to be a member of the Munic;ipality or if he absents himse~f without the permission of the sub- committee for three consecutive meeting of the sub-cCGIIlli t teaf' . 1(.' (5) When! a casual vacancy occurs in the membership of a sub-committee it shall be filled by the MunicJpality by the election of another member.
