No suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall lie- (a) against any officer of the Government for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Regulation ; (b) against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Regulation.
