Repeal 49 (d) any investigation, legal proceedings or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid, and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Regulation had not been repealed. (3) Subject to the provision contained in sub-section (2), anything done or any action taken under the said Regulation and the rules made thereunder shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provision of this Regulation, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Regulation and shall continue to be in force until done or taken under this Regulation and shall continue to be in force until suppressed by anything done any action taken under this Regulation.
