If any revenue officer, who has been invested with any powers under this Regulation in any tehsil or district is transferred to an equal or higher office of the same nature in any other tehsil or district, shall, unless the Chief Commissioner otherwise directs, exercise the same powers under this Regulation in such other tehsil or district.
