Land required under this Act to be deemed to be needed for a public purpose under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.—Whenever it appears to the State Government that any land is required for any of the purposes of this Act, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 of 1894). STATE AMENDMENT Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh (UTs).— Section 84A.-After section 84, insert the following section, namely:-
