Penalty for forcibly opposing seizure.- Whosoever opposes the seizure of any forest-produce, tools, arms, boats, carts, equipment, ropes, chains, machines, vehicles, cattle or any other article liable to be seized under this Act, or forcibly receives the same after seizure, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to twenty five thousand rupees, or with both.
