Notwithstanding the repeal of section 31 (a), (b) and section 3lA of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Regulation, 1876, all rules, notifications and orders made or issued thereunder shall continue to be in force and operate till new rules, orders and notifications are made or issued under this Regulation: . - . --_. -- - --- - _-.
