(I) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order passed under this Regulation by 2Jl Excise Officer subordinate to the Deputy Co~~sion!,r may appeal to the Deputy Commissioner. - 19 Power of arrest. search and seizure. Duty of police 10 accept seized articles. Offences . under this Regulation to be cognizable. Certain offences to be non-bailable. Power of court to try cases summarily. Security for good conduct and abstain· ing from committing offence. Appeals to Appellate Authority. Procedure if appeal. Order of t 14: Appellate Authority.
