Whoever, does any act in contravention of any of the provisions of this Regulation, or any rule or order made thereunder and punishment for which has not been otherwise provided for such contravention, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a tenn which may extend 'to six months and shall also be liable to tine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or five times the value of the jiquor, whichever is higher.
