Repeal :- As from the commencement of this Rule the Andaman and Nicobar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1926 shall stand repealed; Provided that such repeal shall not; (i) Affect the previous operation of the rules so repealed or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; (ii) Affect any right, privilege, obligation or any liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the rules so repealed; (iii) Affect any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation or liability; Provided further that subject to the proceeding provision anything done or any action taken under the rules so repealed, shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules and shall continue in force accordingly, until it is superseded by anything done or any action taken under these rules. APPENDIX "A" (See Rule 37) APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF A CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY We, the undersigned, hereby apply for the registration of a co-operative society; as proposed hereunder, under section 8(1) of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Co-operative Societies Regulation 1973 and enclose herewith three copies of the bye-laws as required by rule 4 of the Rules made thereunder.
