Manner of service of notice:- A notice under the provision to section 62 shall indicate the substance of the demand or debt due to the co-operative society and shall be served in the manner laid down for the service of summons in sub- rule (3) of rule 78. No order under section 62 shall be made until a period of thirty days has expired from the date of service of the notice.
