Appeal against refusal to register amendments to bye-laws: Where an application for registration of an amendment to bye-laws of a co-operative society is rejected by the Registrar under sub-section (4) of section 10, the appeal, if any, against such refusal shall be made only after a meeting of the general body has reconsidered the matter and has decided to prefer an appeal. Such appeal shall be signed by an officer of the co-operative society duly authorised in this behalf by a general body meeting".
