Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, [every Institute] shall have power to grant medical, dental or nursing degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions and title under this Act.] Substituted by Act 24 of 2002, s. 3, for section 24 (w.e.f. 24/05/2002).
