The Central Government may, under appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to [every Institute] in each financial year such sums of money and in such manner as may be considered necessary by that Government for the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions under this Act. Substituted by Act 37 of 2012, s. 16, for "the Institute" (w.e.f. 16/07/2012).
