Section 14

Status of tenant of niji jot.

A landlord may let his niji jot subject to the same restrictions as apply to sub-letting by a hereditary tenant under section 27: Provided that if such landlord lets his land which is niji jot in contravention of the provisions of this section, such land shall cease to be niji jot and the person to whom the land is so let shall become hereditary tenant thereof.
