The provisions of section 42 of the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911, shall apply to the use of an invention of any aircraft not registered in [India] in like manner as they apply to the use of an invention in a foreign vessel. Subs. by Act 24 of 1948, sec. 3, for "the Provinces" (w.e.f. 12/04/1948).
