Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, if any person contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, the licence, certificate or approval issued to such person under this Act may be suspended or cancelled in such manner as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules.] Inserted by Act 13 of 2020, S. 7 (w.e.f. 19/09/2020).
