[x x x x] [x x x x] Each of the Corporations shall constitute in the prescribed manner a Labour Relations Committee consisting of representatives of the Corporations and of its employees, so however, that the number of representatives of the employees on the Committee shall not be less than the number of representatives of the Corporation, and it shall be the duty of the Labour Relations Committee to advise the Corporation on matters which relate to the welfare of the employees or which are likely to promote and secure amity and good relations between the two.
