Section 14

Corporation to assume obligations of Central Government in respect of certain matters

All obligations incurred, all contracts entered into and all matters and things engaged to be done by, with, or for the Central Government for any of the purposes of this Act before the establishment of either of the Corporations shall be deemed to have been incurred, entered into or engaged to be done by, with or for Indian Airlines or, as the case may be, Air India International according as the obligations, contracts, matters and things relate to the purposes of the former Corporation or the latter.
