(1) The term of office of members of the Board and the manner of filling vacancies among members shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Any member of the Board other than an ex-officio member may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Central Government, and on such resignation being accepted he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
