No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central or State Government or against the Chairman, 1 *** or other Member of any Central or Joint or State Administrative Tribunal, or any other person authorised by such Chairman, 1 *** or other Member for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
